Paid Media + Project Manager

We are seeking a talented Paid Media and Project Manager who will oversee and implement global digital paid media campaigns and manage several project timelines from start to finish. With clients including national musicians, record labels, management companies, and brands, we are looking for an individual who knows all the latest social media trends and can tell a great story.

We are looking for a candidate in either our downtown Los Angeles or Nashville offices and are open to remote candidates but in-person is preferred.  This is a full-time position

Responsibilities:

  • This role calls for a savvy marketer who can take creative ad ideas from conception to fruition and scale appropriate budgets across platforms

  • Optimize campaign, audience, creative, budgets, and bids across multiple channels to target ROI/Performance goals

  • Manage content calendars for several clients to meet deadlines and communicate progress and changes with artists, label representatives, managers, and publicists

  • Track performance and social engagement with weekly reporting to increase brand awareness, gain followers, and grow engagement

  • Identify new digital marketing, design and technology trends and apply to day-to-day execution 

  • Work with creative, marketing, and sales team to build and test campaign ideas

  • Monitor buying strategies and keep abreast of industry trends

  • Other duties as assigned by Marketing Director 

Qualifications:

  • This person must be able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, must be wildly creative, and must display “out of the box” thinking

  • 3+ years of experience in launching Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and AdWords campaigns 

  • Experience in testing and optimizing ad creative and re-targeting campaigns

  • Experience setting up A/B split tests and Multi-Variant testing

  • Experience with analytics tools and reporting off of each platform

  • Experience working with developers to set up Google Analytics events and pixels across platforms to properly fire

  • Proven work experience as a social media manager

  • Excellent copywriting skills to create impactful, timely, and engaging marketing copy

  • Knowledge and passion for music, art, and pop culture

  • Deep understanding of the music and social landscape. Constantly discovering new artists and knowledge of new industry trends
